const, volatile, register, restrict — one session, chapter done
Got through all four qualifiers in one sitting, closing out the first four chapters of Advanced C. Also finally put a name to a mistake pattern I keep making.
What I got through
- Learned and tested on const, volatile, register, and restrict. Passed the chapter test 4/5 (80%).
- That's Chapters A through D of Advanced C all done — four down, three to go.
Something I noticed about myself — mistakes.md M32
I keep landing on the right answer for slightly the wrong reason — this session I finally put a name to it: "Correct Conclusion, Flawed Supporting Precision." Six sub-patterns of it, first spotted in the register/restrict trace questions.
What's next
Chapter 1.7.E, starting at byte E1.
